Before I go to Malaysia Gerald already opened up to my parents about his intentions to be my husband. My mom would say "Walang problema, basta ikaw yan". So noon pa lang "SOLD" na ako.
His proposal was on 2008, then we started preparing for the wedding last year -November 2009. And today, it's exactly 7 months and 22 days before our big day! (today is March 8, 2010)
Gerald's official pamamanhikan will happen on August 1, 2010. What to expect? I really don't know. Gerald's dad and my parents have been seeing each other for some of our family occassions/gatherings; so we would think it's going to be the usual long kwentuhan.
Can't wait!
